Instructions for how to financially support Special Collections and Archives at Wilson Library.

Giving to Archives and Special Collections

Archives and Special Collectionswelcomes financial gifts from private individuals and institutions.  Financial support allows us to expand our collections, upload them online to service a wider audience, and preserve items for years to come.  To support Archives and Special Collections, click here and follow these instructions to fill out the form:

  1. Choose “Give to your area(s) of choice.”
  2. Click on the down arrow next to Wilson Library.
  3. Select Wilson Library Archives.
  4. Complete the form by filling in your personal and financial information.

What Your Gift Can Do

Archives and Special Collections gratefully welcomes donations in any amount. With your donation, we can:

  • For $1,000: Purchase preservation supplies such as acid-free folders and boxes.
  • For $2,500: Digitize the Campus Times and the Lambda, the University of La Verne’s student newspaper and yearbook, respectively.
  • For $5,000: Digitize newspapers stored on microfilm for readers to access online.
  • $7,500: Rebind aging rare books, including family Bibles dating back to the 1700s.
  • $10,000: Increase the available amount of storage space on our web host by five times.
