CAPS offers individual therapy and appointments with a psychiatrist via telepsychology. CAPS offers free video sessions and phone sessions to currently enrolled ULV students.

Join Dr. Ali for a quick virtual meditation on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

Breathwork 2 Balance with Dr. Niki Wednesday:

1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for a mid-day session of breath work to help balance your body. Click here for more Information

Randall Lewis Center for Well-Being and Research

 Yoga Flow:

A nice blend of vinyasa, breath, and restoration. Movement and poses are low to medium energy level to help you move your body and decompress from the day. All levels of yogis are welcome to take this short and sweet 30-minute class.  Mats provided or feel free to bring your own. 

This class is in-person at the Lewis Center studio.  Masks required.  Attendance is limited to 10 participants to ensure physical distancing. RSVP here

Total Body Conditioning:

A quick circuit style workout focusing on the total body and resistance training.  Please RSVP here This class may be held outside during appropriate weather conditions.

Wind-Down Yoga:

A slow flow perfect for all levels of experience. Unwind in the evening and prepare for rest with some gentle stretches and restorative poses. This class is virtual on zoom. RSVP here
