Search for books and ebooks in the Wilson Library.
What is ILLiad? It is the system you use to request an item that the ULV Wilson Library does not have from another library, or to request items to be sent to you. The name ILLiad can be thought of as an acronym for InterLibrary Loan internet accessible database.
The item can be a printed book, which will be delivered to Wilson Library via the US Postal Service. If you reside off campus, we will mail the book to you. The book will have a due date for you to return it to Wilson Library so that we can send it back to the lending library.
If the item is a journal article or book chapter, it will arrive as a .pdf article in your ILLIAD account. You will receive an email indicating that your article has arrived, with a link to log into your ILLIAD account. The article is yours to keep--download it as soon as possible, because after 28 days the link will automatically be deleted from you ILLIAD account.
