First you need to determine if your test is published (commercial available) OR unpublished (non-commercial test). What is the difference?
Unpublished or non-commercial tests are much easier to obtain, they are licensed within PsycTests, and can be found within articles and books. If you need permission, you can find information about that here.
Published or commercially available tests must be purchased directly from the author or publisher. There are databases such as PsycTests and sites with information about how to obtain rights to commercial tests.
